Hybrid integrated amplifier

HT-120

Tube soul. Absolute control.

Handcrafted in Poland, the HT-120 is our dual monoblock reference. A class A tube input stage gives it natural tone and depth; separate solid state power sections give it the grip, headroom and quiet it needs to disappear behind the music.

  • Handcrafted in Poland
  • Pure tube preamp Class A, no shortcuts
  • Timeless design Built to last

Natural. Dynamic. Effortless.

The HT-120 sets out to disappear. A tube stage running in class A gives the music its body and its colour; the solid state output sections hold everything in place, so quiet passages stay quiet and loud ones never harden.

Reviewers keep coming back to the same word. Marek Dyba of HiFi Knights called the sound "very open, effortless, lively, agile, and completely fatigue-free".

  • Natural tube warmth from a class A input stage
  • Wide, unforced soundstage
  • Micro detail without any glare
  • Powerful, controlled dynamics
  • Fatigue free over long sessions

Engineered without compromise

The OSV difference

Take the cover off and the reasoning is visible. Two separate toroidal transformers, one for each channel, keep the monoblocks independent. The tube stage gets its own stabilised heater and anode supplies. Signal wiring is dressed and soldered by hand.

Nothing in here is chosen because it was convenient. Every part is there because it measured and sounded better than the alternative.

  • Two separate 300 W toroidal transformers
  • Custom designed SRPP tube stage, class A
  • Jantzen Audio Superior Z-Cap coupling capacitors
  • Mains filtered by a dedicated DC blocker
  • Stabilised heater and anode supplies for each preamp

HT-120 vs HT-50

Two expressions of the same philosophy. The HT-120 doubles the power and splits it into separate monoblocks; the HT-50 puts the same voice into a lighter, simpler chassis. Choose the one your speakers and your room ask for.

Craftsmanship

Built by hand. Built to last.

OSV Audio started in 2012 in Katowice, building amplifiers for guitarists under the name JK Amplifiers. That workshop earned Bass Player Magazine's Gear of the Year in 2019, ahead of far larger names.

The same people now build our Hi-Fi amplifiers, one at a time, in small batches. Each chassis is assembled, wired and listened to before it is allowed to leave.

Specifications only take you so far. The best way to understand one of these amplifiers is to hear it on your own recordings, through your own speakers.

Tell us what you listen to and where you are. We will arrange a session at our workshop or in your own room.
